Very saddened by our experience here. We brought both of our sons to buy their first cars here. We thought buying from a dealer was a safer option than shopping via Craigslist, but have since discovered the unsafe conditions they are willing to send their customers out in. I am not an unreasonable person and understand the AS IS option you purchase a used car under, but what is unacceptable is the fact that a company is willing to let your 16 year old leave the lot without brake lights, turn signal, wipers attached, or in a car that we discovered later can shift out of park without pushing the break! (Seems like quite the liability; that is a safety precaution for a reason!) We knew we were going to have to put some money into the car; front end items, brakes, oil, tires, so we were able to get a discount on the final price (tax, title, etc) of TWO vehicles, but we never suspected the repairs to be so costly. When I called to discuss this with them the only thing out of 3k in repairs that I asked for was for them to fix the shifting problem as that seems like a safety feature they should have repaired BEFORE putting it on their lot. Not surprisingly they were unhelpful and malicious. It's sad how little their customers or their customers safety means to them!
Had an amazing experience working Aaron and Matt getting my new car today. Both very hard working and efficient. Made the whole car buying process easy and stress free. Aaron went above and beyond to help me out. These guys are honest and want what is best for their customers.
Also, after we left the dealership we noticed we left our phone there, we contacted them to ask them to ship it to us since we could track it to see it was there (we live 1.5 hours away) they wouldn't even take the time to help us. 5 days later it was found in a factory parking lot 15 miles away and a stranger was willing to help us! Called to let the sales man know and he said "probably one of the guys that clean the cars found it and took it" WOW! Nice people you have working with you!
